We are here in the physical realm to learn lessons of life:

Charity, hope, faith, love.

To evolve at soul level.

That's it. Now go on and do it! But, if you are like me, it is impossible to figure it out yourself what it means and how to actually live it.

If you feel like running in circles - that is: experiencing the same situation with different people, in different places, time after time again: You are missing some opportunity to learn and move to the next lesson. In short: you are waisting time and opportunities.

We are here to live our best lives. Like paradise on earth. This is how it is meant here. Not too easy to believe in these days. That's why it matters so much more now.

And no, it is not about just getting rich. Many have all what they used to dream about - yet they feel empty and unfulfilled, just rushing through their every day life unhappy. They are missing themselves. Mislead by common assumptions of "how we should be".

Do you know and live your purpose of being? Is your life meaningful and fulfilled in every aspect - socially (family, friends, partner, kids), healthy (body: sports, diet), wealthy (business, finances, material things)? Congratulations if you do!

For most people it is a long journey to get there. Usually we are so used in limiting us, that we barely can recognize it ourselves. We need others to mirror us, to experience ourselves. And to get past our fears, scarcity thinking and holding ourselves back in limiting beliefs.

Sometimes reading books helped me to move forward in my life. Sometimes the advice of a friend. Sometimes a seminar. And I was blessed with several good mentors, who shared their knowledge and guided me for many years - and here is where the magic happens, especially if you follow along long term. Not just seeking the next kick and weekend enlightenment.

It is not just about knowledge. Ask ChatGPT about whatever if you lack knowledge.

Many people seek solutions for changing the world and themselves (if you want to change the world, start with the (wo)man in the mirror).

But we as humans somehow seem to suck at changing. It is habits. And social programming. The artificial intelligence gives it straight: Most humans cannot accept facts, which are against their belief system. Maybe read that again.

If you eventually find a way to change yourself, your friends and family will ask you what is wrong with you ("you have changed!"). Basically (unconciously) checking, if you are still one of them, if you still share the same belief system or if you are a threat towards it. That is deep down social instincts, evolved and engraved through time in society for survival.

Look at the history books: People with bright new discoveries and ideas were at first laught at, persecuted and sometimes killed. If you were too different in the past, your house got burned down, from those wo refuse to accept a different ideology than theirs. And they were making an effort to make those different ones give up and move out of their village/society.

And we remember these lessons in the collective field and elsewhere. So we are usually afraid of changing due to the risk of losing friends or losing your reputition ("what would the people think of me, if ... ?"). Quick-Check: How much would you risk your income and your job if you would tell everybody what you truly believe in?

That's the price you may pay for being yourself at the next level.

What happens if you stay the same? Will you be happy when you face death? What would you regret?

What is on the other side? What does this mean for your relationship, family? For your business and income opportunities? For your soul? What experience are you missing out when staying where you are at?

Your social environment will want you to keep hanging around with them as you are.

Therefore: Your friends and family are usually not the ones that can support you (unless they are where you want to go and are experts in change). Sorry. You can try to persuade them, but let me tell you: Just do your thing. Keep contact with them and let them know when it is done. They will be happy to celebrate with you then. In between, seek support from somebody, who has proven to bring people like you to where you want to be.

I have changed myself multiple times. Lost entire circles of friends several times. Quit several jobs, before I had a new one. Moved several times between countries. I moved to the UK for half a year. Lived in Peru 2,5 months. Lived in Sweden for 4 years. Then connecting to Cyprus. I enjoy connecting to a different cultural environment on a deep level - so I can realise my cultural upbringing and question it where it does not support me. I do not feel home in Germany anymore. I feel at home in the world.

I finished a job education in IT and finished studies in economics with a diploma degree. With 30 I lost my health (burn out, depression). I not only restored it, but gained it to a level where I can hike including some proper mountain climb with 17kg of musical equipment for 12 hours (crazy).

I found the puzzle pieces step by step, to live myself in the best way I possibly can. Thanks to a lot of support from others who shared lessons and made me look at things to grow. Not pleasent all the time. But supporting my progress.

When I was 30, something told me: "Now you have learned everything that you needed to learn in this lifetime."

I was confused. What does this mean? Where was this coming from? From whom? And what am I going to do with the rest of my life then?

A while later, I came across my first mentor, who guided me for about a decade then.

Just a bit after the start, I talked to a friend, sharing what I have come across recently. He concluded: "If what you are telling me is true, I need to think about my fundamental view of the world and change my belief system. I do not have the time to do so, I have to work." We lost contact then, as every further talk seemed pointless. That was in 2012.

I get occasionally messages or a phone call from people saying something like: "Now I understand, what you told me a few years ago."

Although we speak the same language, one cannot understand specific things, unless you make a specific experience yourself.

I can only guide you. You have to do it yourself.

I have come across many masters in whatever field. It is often frustrating to see what people do respectively not do with their knowledge. And so many give up after a while and shut down their services. I can understand. Others are shutdown and silenced. Those in power in whatever field, like to maintain their power. Or protect an ideology, their belief system or streams of income. Some also spread false information to prevent change.

And so it is becoming really difficult for those who want to raise their level of conciousness to find the right path.

So: How good are you truly at improving yourself on your own? Overcome fears? Building new habits? Take care about your health? Improve your income situation? Stop procrastinating and built on your dream effectively?

In terms of general life advice, I think we have reached the point of the debate, where "everyhting is said, but not yet from everybody.". Knowledge is everywhere - in books, in seminars, in the web: ask some artificial intelligence for advice in whatever field for the summary of our accumulated knowledge.

After looking at the struggles in the world on whatever level, somebody concluded:

We do not need more knowledge, we need to raise our level of consciousnes.

But: How to do it?

Let me guide you.

Coaching usually tries to identify a problem that is causing issues and then seeks providing a tool/method to solve it. The risk is, that the client identifies with the problem (for example "I am unable or lack xyz"). And both coach and client mainly try to fix things (problem focused). Can help if done right, but many do not get where they feel reliefed and happy.

Mentoring is about focussing on where you want to go. You as a client pick somebody who is where you want to be and you follow his or her advice to get there. First step would be a call to find out, where you are and where you want to go. Then you can decide if it is a match. Your mentor can open doors for you, but you have to go through them. This can be scary, challenging, bring up fears - which is good as this is where you need to go through if you actually want to change something. Enjoy the ride of getting to your destination. Your Mentor may have the map and offers you a lift.

In my 20s, I dived into self improvement with all what this time had to offer for me: NLP, body language, psychology, seminars at work about "personal performance", management and leadership. The theme in NLP (neuro linguistic programming: you programme your brain by a specific way of thinking for example) was to mimic successful people and behave like them. That worked and so I became a successful manager for about 100 people in the corporate world. But I lost myself and was unhappy in my private life.

In my 30s, I dived deep into the spiritual world. I never had heard much before about chakras, energies, past lifes, soul-journey, telepathy, tantra or wisdom from people like Rudolf Steiner, Osho or Sadhguru. And parallel to that I needed to take care about my health. Here I found solutions for it by eating better, taking supplements and have good water. So besides music, there is a lot I have been exploring and like to share.

In my 40s, I am learning what it means that the universe plays hide and seek with itself (as Alan Watts put it).

NUTRITION I have translated a concept for understanding your body's feedback in terms of nutrition to German (eco-eating). You can buy supplements from me (hint it is not isolated nutrients in pills and powders, but better absorbable and way more effective). WATER I have done my own experiments for example with sunflower seeds to track down what matters in water improvement and tried a number of different devices. Underrated topic. I can advise and sell water improvement systems. SELF ORGANISED GROUPS Besides traditional coaching and mentoring, I learned and developed a lot by going through a well designed process in self organized groups.
